This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into between Diggiecorp GmbH and the receiving party to protect confidential business information exchanged during project discussions.
Confidential information includes technical specifications, business plans, pricing, client lists, source code, and any information marked as confidential.
The receiving party agrees to: (a) keep all confidential information strictly confidential; (b) not disclose to third parties; (c) use only for the purpose of evaluating a business relationship.
These obligations remain in effect for 3 years from the date of signing, unless the information enters the public domain through no fault of the receiving party.
